When I place an order, how do I send my design information to you?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on what you ordered, most orders are completed and delivered within a few days. Adloop keyrings, lanyards, air fresheners, pens, bottle openers, wristbands and 3D keyrings take a little longer though, these will be completed within 10-14 working days and shipped out to you asap!

Do you do other quantities?

Yes we can make any amount of your desired item, however the MOQ is the lowest quantity set in the listing. If you require a different amount above the MOQ please contact us directly on our facebook page - www.facebook.com/bayprintni
